Faith Reformed Church (FRC) in Cedar Grove, WI is seeking a fulltime Youth Director, who will implement a plan for the spiritual growth of our students from pre-K through post-high, with particular emphasis on 6th through 12th grades. The Youth Director will work in conjunction with volunteer adult leadership teams for the various age levels. All of our youth ministries, except Sunday School, are done jointly with neighboring First Reformed Church, which also has a fulltime youth staff member.
FRC is a member of the Reformed Church in America (however considerations are underway about transferring to a more conservative denomination). We are theologically Reformed and complementarian. We value biblical and theological integrity, and orthodox, cross-centered Christianity.
Qualifications for the Youth Director include: displays a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, has a passion for others to come to salvation in Christ, upholds the doctrines of our church, teaches in accordance with Scripture and through the power of the Holy Spirit, ministers with a spirit of grace, approaches responsibilities prayerfully, is committed to ongoing personal spiritual transformation, preferably has a Bachelor’s degree and experience in education or youth ministry, has a teachable spirit, has strong relational and communication skills, has a good sense of humor. Music and worship-leading skills would be a plus!
